The Annual Meeting will be in the emerging technologies Building on the Campus of Hopkinsville Community College. Park in Lot A.

Where is the LWVKY Annual Meeting?

The 2026 LWVKY Annual Meeting is hosted by the LWV of Hopkinsville in Hopkinsville, KY at the Hopkinsville Community College, Emerging Technologies Bldg., Anderson Room

Can I attend virtually?

Yes! While we encourage people to attend in person to get the most out of the day, we will have virtual attendance through Zoom. The cost for attending virtually is $10. This helps offset the cost of additional technology.
How do I register?

You can register online above! Register for either in-person or virtual attendance. In-person attendance is $45 and includes a continental breakfast and a boxed lunch. Virtual attendance is $10 (sorry no meals for virtual attendees)
Is there a speaker on Friday night?

Since many people may have a long drive to Hopkinsville, there is not a formal program on Friday night. There is an optional opportunity to gather for a Meet & Greet. You will have the opportunity to indicate interest when you register.
